This region can be easily reached from North and South America, Europe and Africa. There are numerous direct flights to the larger islands, enabling business delegates from around the world to easily jet in for events. Smaller islands can be reached by regional flights and, in some cases, ferry routes. Most of the islands have their own currencies, but accept US Dollars – prices are regularly quoted in this currency.
